Shipping policy

1.1 Shipping Fee

All orders qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is calculated as follows:

• Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time

• United States Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Fast VIP Shipping :2-4 business days

1.2 Shipping Zones

• Free Shipping: Available for the contiguous United States (49 states), excluding Alaska and Puerto Rico.
• Exclusions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or the Virgin Islands.
• Policy Note: We do not support delivery to PO Box, APO, FPO, DPO, or military addresses.

Undeliverable Packages

Carriers typically make three delivery attempts. After three unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to Levoit. To arrange reshipment, please contact us at service@beokafit.com.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service before 2:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed. Include your order number in the cancellation request. Reach us at service@beokafit.com.
