1. Introduction

Beoka offers a reputable and consumer-friendly warranty policy designed to ensure customer satisfaction. This warranty applies exclusively to new and certified refurbished products purchased directly from Beoka's official website.

2. Warranty Period

Beoka products come with a warranty period ranging from 12 months to 24 months, depending on the specific product.

Note: Accessories are not covered by the warranty.

3. Apply for Warranty Service

If your product experiences a performance failure due to quality defects during the effective warranty period, you may apply for warranty service.

To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has been used normally within the specified warranty period.
  • You must provide valid proof of purchase, invoice, serial number (SN), and warranty card.

Exclusions from Warranty Service:

  • Physical damages not related to product quality.
  • Damages caused by unauthorized dismantling or disassembly.
  • Natural aging, wear, and tear of the product’s casing or surface.
  • Damages resulting from repairs made by the customer without official instructions.
  • Damages caused by circuit modifications or misuse of the battery pack or charger.
  • Products with tampered or altered serial numbers, factory labels, or other identifying signs.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, excluding corporate purchases or bulk orders, which may not be refundable.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns must include all accessories.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Beoka refunds only the cost of the product itself for non-quality-related warranty claims.
  • Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.
  • A small processing fee may apply to non-quality-related returns.

Note: Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. Requests for refunds for non-quality issues are not processed after this 30-day window.

5. Shipping Costs Must Be Covered by the Buyer in the Following Situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
  • Buyer’s accidental returns.
  • Returning personal items.
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Beoka quality control to be in working condition.
  • Returning defective items using international shipping.
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside the approved warranty process).
  • Orders that have already claimed warranty service.

This Limited Warranty provides you with specific legal rights. Depending on your state or jurisdiction, you may have other rights according to applicable laws. You may also have additional rights under a written agreement with Beoka. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your statutory rights, including rights under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.
