How To Measure
1.Find Your Starting Point: Locate the point just above your ankle bone on the outside of your leg.
2.Measure the Outseam:
Use a measuring tape to measure the distance from this point above your ankle up to your hip flexor (where your leg bends when you lift your knee).
Ensure the tape measure is straight and snug, following the natural curve of your leg.
3.Note the length in inches or centimeters.
4.Compare your measurement to the size chart.
Note: If your outseam measurement falls between two sizes on the size chart, we recommend sizing down to ensure the best fit and optimal compression.
Outseamļ¼distance from your ankle to your hip flexor, measured along the outside of your leg as shown here.
Max Width: Circumference of your thigh at its widest point.
